Alexander Strunck graduated in Geography (diploma) at Bonn University, Germany. After finishing his studies in 2010, Alexander Strunck started working for BICC in mid-2010. During his studies, he did an internship at the city of Cologne, department of statistics traffic division in 2007. In 2008/9 he was also an intern at the WhereGroup and enhanced his knowledge of geographic information systems for the web.
Research profile
- Alexander Strunck’s duties are the administration and development of the institute’s databases and geographic information system by creating maps for web and print. Furthermore, his expertise lies in sustainable population development, spatial development, renewable energies, and the limits of growth.
