Project overview
Commissioned by OECD-PDG this project intended to study the effects of returnee diaspora members on improving governance in fragile and post-conflict states. Fieldwork was conducted by four field contractors who have been supplied with detailed questionnaires to diaspora returnees, their supervisors, and their colleagues. Analysis was conducted at BICC on the basis of filled questionnaires supplied by the field contractors. Studies resulted in an internal report to the OECD-PDG.
